Buyers / Sellers Representation

Buyers Representation** consists of assisting you make an informed, rational decision on the purchase of your horse based on the information provided as to Buyers abilities, expectations, and budget. Buyer Representation does not include transportation of horse(s) to any given location, consignment fee, commissions or any other monies involved with purchase of the horse.  These fees/ or charges/monies are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Sellers Representation** consists of assisting you in the marketing, promotion and showing your horse(s) to prospective buyer(s). Sellers Representation does not include transportation of horses to any given location, consignment fee, commissions or any other monies involved with sale of the horse.  These fees/ or charges/monies are the sole responsibility of the Seller.

Suitable for horses ages foals to senior.

* $50.00 for the 1st horse, $35.00 for each additional horse per day.  All fees are required to be paid in advance.

*Plus total mileage round trip from incurred at .56 cents per mile.  Total mileage over 150 miles round trip adds lodging.

**REPRESENTATION DOES NOT IN ANY WAY GUARANTEE / WARRANTY THE SOUNDNESS OR SUITABILITY OR SERVICEABILITY OF ANY GIVEN HORSE. NOR DOES IT PROMISE / GUARANTEE THE PURCHASE OR SALE OF ANY HORSE.  ANY STATEMENTS MADE AS TO THE SOUNDNESS, SUITABILITY OR SERVICEABILITY BY THE SELLER OF ANY HORSE SHALL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SELLER OF THAT HORSE.
